Application Forms

If you are interested in your child joining our family, then please do call or email us to book a visit. During this time we can take you around the setting and answer any questions you may have while explaining what you can expect when your child joins us. 

​

Application forms must be submitted prior to your child being accepted and once these have been submitted an acceptance of your child's place will be made to confirm we have accepted your chosen sessions.

Forms can be emailed alderburypreschool@gmail.com or dropped into the office by hand.

Please note we can only accept children into the Afterschool (Fox) or Holiday Club if they currently attend Alderbury & West Grimstead School
